Traineeship/Training Packages

Certificate II in Retail Operations-WRR20102
Designed as the standard entry level qualification for the retail industry. This training package provides you with essential career information such as interacting with customers, performing stock control, operating point of sale equipment, balancing the register and minimising theft.
 
Certificate III in Retail Supervision-WRR30102
Develop your skills and knowledge to enter into a supervisory role.

The course provides you with the more advanced skills such as how to operate retail information technology systems, how to produce financial reports and how to maintain and order stock. You will also learn leadership skills to enable you to coordinate work teams, implement staff training and maintain employee relations.
 
Certificate III in Retail Operations-WRR30202
The course equips you with all the skills necessary to recommend which products to sell, including liquor, toys, books, newsagency products, clothing, footwear, jewellery, furniture, electrical and computer products.

It has also been designed to develop the skills and knowledge of those employees wishing to enter a more specialised role. Those who are undertaking more specialised roles would be responsible for advanced selling and/or merchandising.
